DESCRIPTION: Bob Marsteller (right) shown with his son Ryan and a bull taken by dad on the third day of the 2004 Nebraska elk season. The bull was leaving an oat field in northwestern part of the panhandle headed back to the timber on the morning it was harvested. The herd had several other nice bulls in it as well as a dozen or so cows. The 6X7 has 56-inch long main beams and a 53-inch spread. It green scored 387,and was taken with a Winchester chambered in .300 Weatherby Magnum, using hand loaded 180/Nosler Accubonds.
