Arkansas youth takes a nice buck

NAME: Blake Livingston WHERE FROM: Hot Springs, Arkansas HARVESTED: Saline County TYPE OF FIREARM OR BOW USED: 20-gauge pump shotgun SPECIES TYPE: Whitetail Deer SIZE AND WEIGHT: 175 pound, 8-point buck DESCRIPTION: Dad's beagles were running this buck and a doe. The buck split off from the doe and was running up a ridge towards me. Papa (Phil Arguello) was behind me on his 4--wheeler and as I got over the ridge the deer was running along the ridge for a place to cross the road. As soon as it hit the trail I was on, I fired. I shot 3 of its legs out from under it and it fell. I finished the kill with a shot to the neck.
